Jonathan was great to work with -- he answered our questions quickly and was available essentially whenever we needed him. He explained everything to us when we needed help, sometimes answering the same question multiple times because I wanted to be sure I understood something or forgot the previous response :) Followed up with us about everything, reminded us about things when necessary, helped make sure the process was as simple as possible. Made refinancing really easy.

I just closed on a refinance of my house. David Gibbs was my mortgage broker and was outstanding. Overall, the process was simple. They had a portal that I just updated all my documentation to. David was reaching out and connecting every step along the way, even when I would reach out in the evenings with questions he responded and walked me through. Amber was the processor, she quickly handled my loan documents, scheduled the closing at my house and overall made it very easy. From start to finish the process was 3 weeks. I would recommend 100% great team!
