Of all the options available to both dentists and patients today-in terms of equipment, technology, office atmosphere and treatment techniques-one old-fashioned value remains at the heart of it all: trust. Instilling trust and fostering the dentist-patient relationship are core components of our dental practice, having evolved from a natural penchant for applying a "personal touch."
Dr. Kasia Dionne graduated from University of Vermont in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in biology and a minor in chemistry. She then continued on to a dental school and graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2013. She has been practicing general dentistry since graduation, treating patients of all ages and dental needs.

I was very happy - was accommodated for a last minute change in my schedule - got great service from Kris! Have been a patient for 30+ years - third owner - but the original values have prevailed. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The dentist provides great care and takes the time to get to know the patients and to target care to the patient's needs.
Here at Sprucewood Dental Associates, we are proud to offer periodontal scaling and root planing for our patients. Periodontal scaling and root planing is done to remove tartar that has built up on your gum roots. Often your gums will start to pull away from your teeth, leaving a pocket that bacteria and food particles are able to fill.

I am so glad I was referred to Sprucewood Dental and Dr. Dionne. The dental hygienists are excellent and very caring. Dr. Dionne is amazing and top notch. I recommend them to all my friends and family. The dentist office is not my favorite place as I’ve had extensive work done over the years and some of it was quite unpleasant. I no longer dread going. Thank you Sprucewood Dental.

I put off going to the dentist for the past 12 years. I have a fear of needles and of the dentist in general like most people. Sprucewood has helped me overcome this fear by making sure that I am always comfortable. When I am being numbed they use a topical numbing cream that makes the needle feel like the tiniest pinch. After my first visit they found that I have eight cavities and a couple of baby teeth remnants that needed to be removed and we are 3/4 of the way through a few months later. I have not once feared going to sprucewood, when there is a long procedure they have movie glasses that

Dr. Dionne and her staff create a wonderful atmosphere in their office and provide excellent care to their patients. I've been a patient since before Dr Dionne graduated from dental school and went from staff to owning the practice, many years ago. Today, Kelly cleaned my teeth and did a wonderful job as she always does!

Amanda was great doing the deep periodontal cleaning. She made sure I wasn't in any pain during the procedure. Everyone there that has worked on my teeth so far there is great! Kelly, Fayne and Dr D! Great attitudes, pleasant. Even the ladies at the front counter are pleasant. I'd recommend anyone to go to Sprucewood!

Sprucewood Dental is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Clean, state of the art equipment, friendly, caring, comforting and knowledgeable. This office has so many amazing assistants and hygienists that work with everyone so politely and pain free. The front desk is such a delight to work with. Very friendly staff and very good quality work. One of the cleanest offices I have visited in VT :). I am very pleased and would recommend this dental office for any future visits to anyone. Dr. Kasia Dionne, is so so sweet and does such great quality work pain free she makes people very comfortable and i was so pleased that when I called them they were accepting new patients always a plus :)
