Quantum Home Inspection, INC. offers a Comprehensive Home Inspection for residential homes. Our Pre-Listing Home Inspection is offered to home sellers who want the opportunity to get their home in its best possible shape before potential buyers see it. This inspection includes the same components of the home as our Comprehensive Home Inspection.

Quantum Home Inspections is the best home inspection company we have used! They were on time, dependable, professional, and very detailed. We called Quantum on a Thursday afternoon and were in a bind needing to get a house we were buying inspected. Robyn was so so helpful and before noon on Friday, they had met the agent and gone and done a 25+ page inspection. They were fairly priced, fast, and incredibly professional...Thanks again!
