I hired Mike to conduct a pre sale home inspection to allow me the opportunity to know about any issues I may need to know about before selling my house. He was incredibly detailed with his inspection, took his time looking my home over, and very respectful as he worked around the property. He was easy to talk to and ask questions along the way. Mike provides a great service, and his attention to detail is second to none. Albeit late in the evening when he conducted our inspection, he took the time to explain everything and answered all questions I had. He even offered to answer any future questions I had should any arise. Marsh Buffalo will be my go to inspector should I require them again in the future! Mike was great to work with. His availability allowed for a quick schedule inspection. He is VERY thorough. Once your inspection is completed he promptly sends you the report. The report is very easy to navigate. It is color coded by importance of the repair/finding. He even adds a video link to assist in the DIY project fixes! Definitely will use him again in the event an inspection is needed.

I'm a first time home buyer, so when I needed a home inspector I did a fair bit of research both online and from word of mouth. Mike won hands down. He went on to conduct two inspections for me, both times arrived early and was very thorough. On the first property we were aware of some issues but Mike's attention to detail caught a TREMENDOUS issue that most inspectors would have overlooked and would have cost me who knows what! If your in the market for an inspector dont waste your time on anyone but mike.

Mike was amazing!!! Mike walked through the inspection throughly with me and explained issues and things he seen with home and helped me better understand what needed to be done and gave me great advice and gave great detail on my concerns. The report I received on the inspection had pictures and notes that went into great detail. The attention to detail showed me that he was looking out for me as a buyer and that means a lot! I would recommend Mike to anyone looking to getting a inspection before purchasing a house.

Mike Hanna (Marsh Buffalo Home Inspections) did an excellent job with the home inspection. I had Mike inspect a large, older home I was considering to purchase. As it turns out, the home had an endless list of major issues that needed repair. Mike identified these problems and thanks to his expertise, I avoided purchasing a home that would have cost me many tens of thousands of dollars to repair. Without Mike's expertise and attention to detail, I could have purchased a home that was a total "money pit". Thank you, Mike!
