Doug was extremely thorough, and very efficient. He clearly has a lot of experience. He vocally explained everything he saw to me, as well as the tests he was doing. Then he summarized it both verbally, in summary via email, in detail via a tabbed manual, and via pictures. This was awesome because my spouse was not able to attend, but could easily see any faults that were discovered by viewing the reports. He answered all my questions thoroughly, honestly, and openly. I knew what to look for, but I'd especially recommend new homeowners choose him because of the extra care he puts in to selecting
