We set up two cars for our Christmas party and agreed on a price of $477 plus tax and tip for each. It should have been $1144 total.
We ended up getting charged $2672 total over 7 different transactions.
The drivers were late for the pick up and the accounts department have been unresponsive to try and sort this out. Ended up disputing it with Amex and working through it now.
Do not use this group there are better options out there for DFW!

Do NOT book with these scammers. We paid in full, only for them to call the day before and state a need to split our party of 38 into two vehicles. Then they canceled the day of the event, first claiming they had a driver in the hospital, then later state they had a broken down bus. Now they’re giving us the run around on refund.
Save yourself the heartache and find a legit company. These guys are a complete and total joke.

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY! they stole our $1700.00 canceled the day of the event, we booked a bus for 38 people over a month in advance. We were told the night before that the bus broke down and we have to use two limos and pay MORE money. Then after working through that they canceled 3 hours before our event, we still have not received a refund.

Scam artists. Canceled with no alternative 2 days before our event for a large group, and told us the only option they could offer was to split our group of 31 into SUVs.
Felt like a scam, so another person from our group called the next day to book a party bus for the same timeframe, and lo and behold, they had lots still available - including the one that we were told was "broken down." When we went online to request a reservation for the same timeframe, they had 5 party buses and 4 coaches available.
Totally unprofessional considering we booked months in advance. Unreliable. Dishonest.

Do not book this company for any of your transportation needs! The limo I booked for my daughter's birthday was ten minutes late. When it did show up it was in very bad condition. It was peeling, missing body molding trim pieces, the door was broken and difficult for the driver to open, and the inside was very worn, disappointing to say the least. The driver then took several wrong turns making them ten minutes late for their dinner reservation. I sent my concerns and received a phone call that was less than apologetic, they are very rude. Great Car, Great Driver, Bad business! Quoted me $119, then charged me $226. Added an "Event Fee" without telling me, admitted that they decided to add the fee after the fact, and instead of explaining why no one told me, they just kept trying to give me a math lesson. I finally informed him that I knew how to add and subtract, I just want to know why they felt they didn't need to tell me about extra charges, and why I'm paying extra when it was THEM who forgot to put it into the quote. I never got the answer. Finally decided I didn't want the headache of talking to them. I decided to just leave
