I rented the truck because the pictures were gorgeous and planned this months in advance for my daughter's 13th birthday I wasn't let down by the big scratch on one side or the several dents in the back of the truck that I didn't notice until getting to the location where there was light. I believe I was more disappointed with the moment my driver arrived and didn't introduce himself. HORRIBLE COMPANY. If you want to be screamed at and verbally abused then I suggest having Jimmy as your driver! Looking at previous reviews it seems like this isn't the first time he's lost his temper and DEMANDED money from his customers. We paid $400 for 15 minutes over when there was TRAFFIC and we had already paid $3000 total for the bus. Oh and did I mention he threatened to call the cops on me when I refused to pay??? The absolute worst experience I have ever had, did not give us the right bus and did not offer to refund. Told us day of that they would be providing a limo instead. The driver was the most unprofessional human I have ever worked with. Multiple over charges without explanation. Where do I start? Well...they charged me for a 40 passenger party bus and when the bus arrived, it was the 30 passenger. Driver told me the big one was getting new seats. So 5 of our friends had to rent a car service to follow behind. In addition to what we paid. Then the check engine light came on b4 we shoved off. No ac. We r squished on the smaller bus sweating. Then we had to give full payment before he took off even when some people couldn't fit. It took the driver over 2 hours to get to our destination One hour away. Bathroom was broken. So we had to stop twice to use restrooms. Terrible

Please don't trust your children with this company! My daughter was part of a Quinceanera this past weekend that rented a party bus from this company. They took the children halfway , stopped the bus & another male from the company came speeding up angrily, yelled at the children demanding more money than they originally agreed upon and told them they weren't going anywhere until he got the rest of his money. I would not recommend this company all. First of all, my friend booked this company about year ago for her 15th birthday, but the party got rescheduled due to covid. They refused to return her $100 deposit because there was "no document of it." The party was rescheduled for yesterday, and it was a huge mistake to trust this company again. I had a horrible experience with a a2z. The bus was filthy upon arrival dirty cups ,empty drink bottles andfeathers all over the floor. I had ordered a party bus with the stripper pole didn't have a stripper pole the price was different than I was promised it was just an overall bad experience. I am a former driver of a charter bus company but they don't have party buses so I couldn't use them and if I delivered a bus to a customer in the condition that bus was I would have been fired I recommend you find another company
