I hired Limo City to service a special birthday wherein a group of 9 of us would first go to dinner, then pickup 4 more people to see Xmas lights. Limo City sub-contracted the service to Alba Limo.
On the contracted service date, Alba Limo arrived well over an hour late and with the wrong (undersized) contracted vehicle. The service was dismissed at that point (see my Alba Limo review for full details).
I contacted Limo City afterward; they responded promptly, apologized, issued a refund, and offered a discount on future service (which I appreciated). While Alba Limo clearly was primarily negligent

I booked a party bus for my son’s 16th birthday & I was sent an email of what I would receive & that’s not what showed up. I was so hurt & disappointed that I had to tell my son that he & his friends wouldn’t have the party bus that was paid for. The owner had nothing but excuses & wasn’t empathetic for ruining my child’s 16th birthday. One thing I have no tolerance for is disappointing my children I don’t care who it is. This literally broke my heart & having to look at the disappointment on his face did even more damage. They offered to refund me but it still doesn’t negate the

This is a horrible place. I gave a 5 star review just so you could read this. The first time we booked a limo from this place we did not receive what we wanted and 3 days before we were told the"AC" was not working. The second time we booked a limo we were called 3 DAYS BEFORE THE PARTY again and were told that the AC was not working.They do not care and they are very non chalent. THEY RUINED MY DAUGHTER'S PARTY TWICE!

We rented a bus for a bachelorette party and we couldn't be happier with our service and driver! Miriam was very professional, but also on time, friendly and attentive. Also, booking with Limo City was simple and seamless. We had a blast and I will definitely use their services again when the opportunity arises next.

Cannot thank Steve and Stephen enough for such awesome service and making sure our granddaughter's sweet sixteen birthday was a success. Stephen called before he arrived to the house. The girls loved the stretch limo, which was immaculate and beautiful. Stephen made sure they had everything they needed as far as soda's and showed them how to play their music through the car. We had several stops that evening in which Stephen kept us on time and remained attentive to the girls. We had one girl who became ill that evening and he brought the car up early so she could lay down until she felt better
