They quoted me a price and date the freight ended up being three weeks late and then they added some surcharge on top of that .
They charged my card for that then to make matters worse kept sending me collection notices for the amount they had already charged on my card.
The AR department said they could not fix the problem and gave me a disconnected number to call. What a total MESS!!

They repeatedly messed up our shipment and the processes around it, resulting in 10+ hours of our company's time lost.
1. They charged an old account without our authorization, after we emailed to provide new account information, ahead of a shipment.
2. It took 3+ weeks before they were able to reverse the unauthorized charge.
3. After confirming the delivery window and date, the driver arrived on a No Delivery day, calling us at 6 am (not even within our business hours, if it were a Delivery Day).
4. The new card information on file with them was charged, and then the payment dropped off

If I could click on a negative star, I would. We've been using Echo Logistics for over 5 years. Lately, my rep has messed up SO much, we will no longer be using this company anymore. They're a rip off also! This last instance we had, the shipment was supposed to be picked up on a Friday and delivered on Tuesday, the trucker never picked up. They ended up picking it up the following Tuesday for delivery that Friday. They never made it Friday, and they were closed on the weekend, but told my rep they'd open for a fee so it could be delivered on Sat

We use(used to) for palletized shipments. their customer service is completely unhelpful. You are paying them to arrange your shipment but there is no support or service carried out. When things went wrong and they had directly feed us false information, they took no responsibility and no initiative to correct the situation. After failed pickups, they said they had no control and blamed us for booking the service without ever before indicating it would be an issue. We are now awaiting a refund on a shipment they just never got collected. Would avoid, they are many LTL brokers out there that provide

My item was coming from across the entire country, and they were not up to date on anything. The last update was from the original pick up. So for almost 2 weeks I had no clue where my item was, or any idea of the actual delivery date. This was extremely inconvenient. I had to reach out to the freight company and find out where my item was, fortunately they were far more helpful.

Have business that ships LTL (pallets)all week long. Just recently went back to using echo to no surprise I saw why I left in first place. Quoted $165 and got billed for extra service I didn't request. Came out to nearly $465. I had to stand back while Mark G. Did nothing to help. Said I had to pay or was going to send it to collection agents. Pretty sad customer service. Took 5 days to come up with that reply. In meanwhile I had already sent 3 more pallets out with Other company while it got sorted out. They didn't appreciate the business so why keep giving them money for poor service

I am a small manufacturer and we send a lot of skids out for processing. The last two skids we sent with Echo were basically destroyed and multiple parts damaged. Echo is a broker, so it is the carriers who danged, but Echo has done very little to resolve the issue on the second claim. We are out $2000 in lost/damaged part and our customer service rep. Joe Ahern keeps emailing that he will look into it. We are at 6 months now and still no one there has stepped up too take responsibility.
Just be wary of these guys if you have valuable shipments, they do not care about quality... only getting paid

Not a great logistics company to work with. If there ever is a problem they do not go to bat for you. They even offered us a $40 credit. After going around and around with the freight company who openly admitted the driver was late there was no resolution. When we chose to take the credit they said "What happened to not doing business with Echo again? Charge stands. $100.00". I was considering continuing using their services after the dust settled. Why would I now???? My rep was Quinn Connelly. I would not recommend working with this person. Just a terrible customer service experience

We operate a relatively small company distributing building materials, both wood and steel. We rarely ship via a carrier as most of our deliveries are local, and we own our own box truck. On the rare occasions when we have needed to ship materials further than we cared to send our driver for a single delivery, we would simply contact a national carrier which had a location near us and ship via their truck. Over the course of a few years Echo contacted us on a few occasions via cold call and asked if they could be of service to us. I never really gave them much thought because our shipping volume

I can't say enough how accommodating they were arranging the transport of 4 pallets from California to Florida. Sarah took care of everything and got all 4 pallets picked up and delivered on time and in perfect condition. People often don't write positive reviews but I had to because I was extremely nervous about my belongings and they were handled perfectly.

Avoid doing business with this company at all costs!
They have screwed up 75% of my shipments. They are extremely unreliable. They will tell you 4 days and when it arrives in 7 days, they didn't apologize. They simply say, "4 days was an estimate". They have poor communication skills when problems arise. It is worth it to pay more and go with another company. I strongly encourage everyone to avoid this company.
