Great LTL carrier. I don't know how they do it, but they always have the lowest prices. They need some flexibility on delivery sometimes, but always on time at pick up. I am saving a lot of money by using them for my LTL shipments. Also, when I ask for a quote, they get back with me in a few minutes so I'm not waiting all day long for a rate.
These guys are great. They are doing all my freight. Either way, I send one skid or a full truckload, I can always count on them. They have there own trucks, so on very busy days they will always find one for me. They are always patient, even if we are running behind in the warehouse, and are always nice.

We were using a couple of carriers for years, but we always had a problem with capacity or pricing. We were looking for someone who can move our freight on a daily basis and help us stretch our payments terms. Terrible business. I was confirmed on a load and even called back twice to make sure because I was booking another small partial to the same location. They gave the load to someone else and didn't even have the courtesy to let me know. I only found out because I was calling Ethan's cell phone after hours to find out where the rate sheet was. I ended up driving about 600 miles with an empty truck and they offered nothing. Wrong way to do business.

This company is fantastic! I've been working with Apple Express for about a year now and they've always come through for me, plus they have the best prices out of all the freight companies I've worked with (and I've worked with most of them). They have great customer service which is not common, taking under consideration that I'm a small company with low volume, but they still treat me like I'm their top customer. I would recommend Apple Express to anyone who ships freight.
