They sized my watches on the spot and very cheap. My gf’s Tiffany bracelet broke and they fixed it to better than it’s original condition and again at a very reasonable price. Very polite. My go-to jewelry repair shop!

Went to get ring re-sized. They made it too small. Did not stand by deadline, didnt call to let me know. Rude when asked about it.

I just had a very wonderful experience here. My ring needed cleaning and part of it had gotten bent and needed realignment. They did everything I needed quickly and free of charge! I will definitely be coming back here for future jewelry needs and everyone in the nearby area should as well. I'm so happy to see my ring sparkling in the sunlight again.

CONSUMER BEWARE! Do NOT go here for ring repairs. Mike and Patty did extensive damage to my wife's wedding ring while attempting to repair a 1mm chip on the bezel. It was shockingly bad workmanship, and to make matters worse, they had the audacity to alter parts of the ring that were not even relevant to the repair itself. My wife was devastated and could not even look at the ring, it was in such bad shape. We got our money back from Cotati Jewelers and went to a reputable jeweler who fortunately was able to repair it but at a significant cost. We strongly recommend that you stay away from this

Unprofessional staff, poor quality on services, customer service is non existent. This will be the next place to be canceled just because of their attitudes

I also have gone to Cotati Jewelers for 20 years. I don't buy anything big, but go there for repairs, sizing, etc. Patti & Mike are the BEST. They are kind, caring, friendly, and honest. I trust them completely. They both have my vote of appreciation & confidence.

Granted, this was not a jewelry purchase, but I think itʻs valid. I brought in scrap gold to get their offer to buy. The man who greeted me was very nice, but he took the gold into the back room to weigh, which made me nervous. I managed to find a vantage point. He didnʻt allow for the fact that besides the 14 kt. gold there were 18 kt. and 24 kt., which makes a big difference. He walked away and a woman came out. Beautiful selection and excellent service! My husband surprised me with a new wedding band, but when I tried it on it wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. We went back and Patty (owner of store) worked with us on the perfect exchange. I had been wanting to re-pierce my ears for years.
