We started Frederick Engraving together back in 2012 to fill a niche in the personalized gift industry that we noticed was lacking. While rushing to buy last minute groomsmen gifts for our wedding, we realized that our options were soooo limited. The only place that could provide what we needed was in a mall (crowded, congested and expensive) and even they had limited merchandise available on short notice.

I had the same issue. There is no email nor phone nor contact on your website that I could find. So i replied to the order email (sales@frederickengraving.com) and nothing. My order # is 204665. It says "

I recommend against sending glassware from Frederick Engraving as a gift. I bought a gag glass via Amazon, had it sent to a friend; it arrived broken and he put it in the trash. The vendor refused a refund saying "We will issue the refund once the item is received back or a photo of the damaged item/packaging is received per amazon policy." I did get a refund directly from Amazon (A-to-Z guarantee), kudos to them, but dealing with this vendor was frustrating.
Odd that Frederick Engraving would not give a refund without a photo of the broken glass, claiming it was 'per amazon policy', yet Amazon
