Still in its original location in The Plaza North Shopping Center, Gold'N'Time has served Petaluma for several generations.

14k white gold Smokey Quartz and Diamond ring. The smokey quartz is surrounded by diamond halo with stones going down the side of the band as well. 14k white gold diamond in and out hoop earrings. These hoops have round brilliant-cut diamonds along the outside of the hoop, as well as on the inside so you sparkle at every angle!
I had a gold pendent that had diamond stones inset in it, but I never seemed to wear it. I took it into Gold N Time Jewelers and talked to Rob about what to do with it. I asked him if it would be possible to put these stones in my wedding band. He agreed that it would be a good way to reset them.
I left my gold band with him and he said he it would take a while to re-design the stones as he works with the stones and the ring and moves them around just to find the "right place" for each stone.I got the call on a Wednesday to let me know the ring was finished and ready for me to pick up. When the ring was presented to me I couldn't believe my eyes.

Recently a friend of mine recommended this shop. I had my doubts this shop would be able to fix my watch. In the past I would send my watch out of state because it was a specialty watch. The last time I sent it out the company I have dealt with for years told me the watch was discontinued and parts were not available. Not only did they give me this disappointing news, they wanted to sell me a watch for 50% off and destroy my watch. I tried to find a local watch repaired with little success. This is far and away the best jewelry store I've been to! The owner/jeweler is an awesome man with excellent customer service and great skills! He is the only jeweler I have been to that can put a battery in my movado watch without springing the back! Sounds simple, two other jeweler's in the area could not do it!

Rob made me a beautiful custom wedding set. My family has known and used Rob for over 20 years and they can’t recommend him enough, and I now see why. Love the personal service and attention to detail. Rob and his staff listen carefully to our wants and/or concerns and they make helpful suggestions. Often it's busy in the shop and we may have to wait a bit, but the personal attention is more than worth the wait. We've never been disappointed and always leave happy. I wouldn't consider going to anyone else in the jewelry business. It's nice to work with people you can trust.

Walked in, nice store. Sales lady was helping another customer. Although the customer was waiting for the Jeweler, the sales lady continued to chat for about 5 minutes. She finally acknowledged me, and asked if she could help me. I explained I wanted a gold chain necklace for my fiance. She was so pretentious explaining that the style I wanted was "out of the 80's" and also "Out of my budget". The size also didn't please her as she told me my fiance must have a "Tiny Tiny little neck". Seriously how rude. I will be making the $3,200.00 purchase, but not with Gold N Time.
