Let me first say I hate going to the dentist…but not anymore! Finding this office was so amazing! Everyone in this office is so nice from front office, back office, dentists EVERYONE! They are so caring, friendly and thorough! I look forward to my visits! I highly recommend this office - thank me later!

I recently switched to Chandler Dental because I was unable to get into my previous provider in a timely matter. The Chandler Dental team went above and beyond in my care. It had been a few years since I had been in for a visit so I had to get some procedures done. The team was welcoming, kind and gentle. I immediately felt appreciated as a new patient and I find comfort in the fact that their team is both professional and thoughtful. The office is very clean and I'm excited to be a patient for years to come!

I started going here when my previous dentist sold his practice. The staff is always very accommodating and always willing to help me find a time to meet my tough schedule. The first time I went in I was given… a tour of the office and shown what each area was as I was being walked back for my cleaning. I don’t think I’ve ever had this done in any medical office. I had an issue over the weekend and broke the tip my front tooth. I reached out on a Sunday and someone got back to me within 2 hours. I was all set up for an Apt Monday morning ASAP and they got me in and not only helped but also scheduled my crown replacement for that afternoon. When I went to this dentist , I tried to tell about my teeth and I wanted special toothpaste, Although I paid for it but they didn't give me.Second time I said that I have a lot of pain, they didn't do anything for my pain, I waited for three weeks. Great service and communication, including explanations of costs and what to expect. They're very clear with you about what they're doing and why, and what they recommend for you IF NEEDED. I have experienced a very welcoming, no pressure environment. I've also found their educational approach refreshing and super helpful - it's nice to understand why we should do certain things certain ways - like using fluoride toothpaste at night, no water, no rinse, so it sits on your teeth overnight and can be fully effective! I would never recommend this dental office even to my worst enemy. It's all about the $$$, and if you don't have $$$ they don't care about your situation or how much pain your in.

This dental office definitely sets a new standard in modern dentistry! After this visit I don't think I'll go anywhere else. When I first arrived I checked in and the front desk staff was very nice. When my appointment time came, Nicole, the hygienist, came and got me and gave me a mini tour of the office. I then sat down and she went through everything with me, providing details and explanations for everything along the way.
