This was the worse places I have ever been to o rented for 4 days I had to leave early . The ac did work the sink didn't work it didn't drain there was roaches in the room the toilet didn't work the it smelled in there I asked them to fix it the lady on the phone said they will send someone never did she kept ignoring. Y calls I had to leave early my body couldn't take the smell and the heat in there it was the worse experience I have ever had in that place they refused to refund me my deposit I wouldn't even give this place one star nobody should ever go through what we went through there . So this place is really nice but thier are few things you should know first this is sharing unit so you will share with some people above and below you. This is an olf house but it has a lot of character. The best part about this place is you get an amazing view on san deigo with tge beach the buildings anzd it really close to the airport. We are 15 minutes from the zoo and the beach.

If I could give -1000 stars I would!!! Absolutely horrible management and owner!
Accommodations are subpar. Upon arriving to the studio there were overfilled garbage cans in front of the unit with a foul smell coming from them. There was trash all on the ground in front of the unit walkway and in front of the main apartment building that they show on their listing. I immediately called to ask if someone was available to clean it up and they said it was trash day the next day but would see if someone could come clean up the mess. Someone came and picked up some of the items but the cans were

My fiancé surprised me with a staycation for my birthday this past week and the experience we had with Carlos and his team was amazing!
They accompanied our last minute requests and made the 2 day getaway perfect.
The unit was great, the unit looked exactly like the photos and it was very clean.
Location is walking distance to everything and the unit even had a rooftop, perfect views for coffee in the morning.
Definitely will be using them again and recommending them to our friends.

We got in late after midnight - it was challenging to find the front door and it was a one way street so we circled multiple times. I got buzzed into the building once, followed the instructions to get… the parking pass and left to park.
We could not obtain access to the building after that. We called, left multiple voicemails and AirBnb messages in the app to no avail. It's after midnight. Finally a friend visiting someone in the building lets us

I don't even know where to start off. Check-in was at 4:00PM. We arrived at 3:59 PM and start heading to the lockbox where the host said the key to get into the building was located. Upon opening the lockbox, we find that there is NO KEY. I proceed to call the host, apparently this is managed by a management company - My SD Rentals. No answer. At this point, I've called them about 10-15 times with no answer. A passerby saw us standing outside the building and asked if we wanted to get into the building so he held the door open for us.
