Services
Depending on the time it takes on average, they may or may not change your estimated turnover price. We will always leave your home in a manner suitable for a 5-star cleanliness review, however to keep our prices fair, we do not automatically include deep clean items on every check out. You may add TASKS like the ones below.
If your management company only handles marketing and booking, you will still need someone to handle all guest communication after the booking process is complete. We learn the ins and outs of your property and area to be equipped to handle all of the following. Sometimes you just need someone to roll out the bins one day and roll them back in the next.
TRIPLE SHEETING $4: Triple Sheeting is a hygienic system of changing a bed, resulting in a bright and fresh look that guests find professional and modern. Three sheets and a blanket are used to create the look, which can all be changed and easily laundered after each guest.
WASH YOUR DUVETS IN-PROPERTY $7: Like a pillowcase for your comforter, you can purchase your own fun colored duvets and have us wash in property as long as there is a washing machine.In addition to your included basic amenities, you may wish to order some of our deluxe items. Amenity items are delivered each cleaning to take the hassle out of managing inventory.

I began to use HH for my condo listed on Airbnb. On several occasions various things were not up to standards and my guests would complain. A few examples are that they would not clean/sweep under the bed and sofa, I have laminate floors. Once, I found a dried up, moldy orange wedge under the bed, food was left in the refrigerator which was to be cleaned out at each turnover visit, and the dishes were left in the dishwasher. My most recent guest stated that the floors were dirty and their socks were picking up all the dirt. I shared each issue with Angeline hoping that each was an isolated incident

VERY EXPENSIVE! Beware the company charged $120 for 2 hours. You think there will be a team to come and clean but it was only 1 person cleaning crew.
For $120, you think they will pay their house cleaner reasonable wage. But they don't - the house cleaner was paid $17/hour. Talking about not treating their staff well.
Look for another company that will add value and that could send a team to clean your property.
I am still wait for them to send me before and after pictures which I am still waiting for.

Had a deep clean and they didn’t perform a deep clean! Very disappointed with the service. The 1st cleaner tried her best but the 2nd cleaner did absolutely nothing and was only there for 1.5 hrs. Laundry room wasn’t even touched nor the cabinets! Overall just very disappointed with the service. Patios were not even swept and specifically ask for that as well.

I couldn't be happier with Happy Host as my Airbnb turnover crew! These girls work hard and have their formula DOWN. I read in a business book that consistency -- whether it be a restaurant, barber shop, or hospitality business -- is paramount to repeat business. Happy Host is totally consistent; from how they fold their towels and set out amenities to how they operate on the backend and communicate with me as the property owner. The cleanliness and overall vibe of your property, that is, the first impression your guests have when they walk in, is what your success as a short-term rental business

I love the concept of Happy Host. Linen service and text notifications upon arrival/departure are much needed services in the industry....... and the only reason I stuck with them for our 2 rentals over the summer. Their linens are most definitely not "hotel quality" as advertised and don't even include fitted sheets. On more than one occasion, the linens were so bad that I had to swap them out with extra ones I had at home. They even once made the bed without a mattress pad (and didn't inform me that it was missing). Cleanings were rushed and there was absolutely no attention to detail. More than

This company has some good systems in place that made them an appealing solution for cleaning our Airbnb rental. We liked the option of renting linens and getting notifications and reports regarding the cleanings, but there was a severe disconnect between what the cleaners actually did and the expectations that were set for us.
