If I could give zero stars, I would. First off, if you are a sub-tenant, they treat you like you're sub-human. They act like you are a stranger. Secondly, they take forever to fix anything, if they do at all. Third, while I have no proof that their employees took anything from me (no proof), I am no longer in possession of $1000 cash I put in a drawer in MY OWN Apartment. It just so happens that they have had people coming in and out of my apartment for the last two weeks. Since I didn't move the cash, it only leads me to believe someone else would. Detroit Police Department will probably

Terrible management team. Was amazing in 2013, but is absolutely disgusting now. Deems itself as a luxury building, but offers absolutely no amenities or services. The restaurants have been "coming soon" for 3 years. And they have fired all but 1 of the good employees. My fraternity house was more luxurious. Live in Fort Shelby, Aloft, or Westin. It isn't even close.
