I’ve lived here 4.5 years. I’ve had some frustrations but as I look back it’s been a lot more good. Recently it’s been almost all good. The maintenance has always been excellent. Almost all issues are resolved by the next work day. The valet service is perfect. They are always professional and helpful. Recently management has added security officers on holidays like Thanksgiving and NYE to keep non-residents from ruining the peaceful environment. Management has aggressively worked to stop AirBnB and VRBO rentals. In years past, AirBnB customers used units for partying but that has been

Overall a solid place in a great location. Valet is very convenient and the front office is very responsive when addressing any concerns.
Only complaint is that the back alley can get pretty filthy which is an issue when taking my dog outside. Aside from that, I would recommend this place to anyone looking to live downtown.

Current Resident. Location is great. Maintenance is great. Thats it. Walls are paper thin you can literally hear a sneeze. Appliances are old. Bathrooms are falling apart. Pipes are loud. Ceilings leak. Elevators are constantly broken. Valet is abysmal. They damage vehicles with no recourse. Getting your vehicle is a hassle. When the car elevator breaks you are a literally stuck in your apartment. Management is rude and does not care. The list is longer.

We lived in the 1247 building 2 bedroom loft during 2019-2020 years, we had the best time living here. The location is amazing, it is walkable to the river, to many restaurants and park in the downtown area. There are so many activities closely during summer and winter months. The parking valets are amazing, friendly and helpful. The management is responsive and takes care of all maintenance issues quickly. Our time here was made sweeter by the building management. Stellar experience even during covid days. Move in and move out was smooth. Highly recommend this amazing building.

I was living in 1437 building from mid 2016-2017. I had good experience in this large studio. Interior is clean and new. maintenance and service is quick and friendly. Woodward street is very safe and beautiful. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that the washer/dryer in room is not working very well. I need to use the free laundry at underground; window is above eye level. (I think it's also the reason for cheaper price) it's hard to open the window, but central air condition is working very well to bring fresh cold/warn air. I left here because I got a car and parking fee is expensive
