Be careful, fire alarm goes off constantly. Residents rarely evacuate- in a real emergency, many will die. Management does not communicate any solution to the faulty system.
Think long and hard about your life if you choose to sign a lease here.

Needs concierge staff back. They were let go without any notice to residents. It also seems like the cleaning staff has been reduced and their hours are limited. The lobby is unkempt lately, and there tends to be an odor in the summer now because the trash is not being taken out as frequently. Management has become slow to resolve inquiries and concerns.

I am currently in the process of moving into the Albert. Emily has been absolutely amazing to work with. She even went to my unit and measured the hall for me and sent me pictures so I understood them. I am so excited to move in.

I recently applied to this apartment and Emily was an amazing person to work with. She was very informative. She let me know about any upcoming fees in advance. She was a complete joy to talk to as well. The apartment is also gorgeous and spacious. I can’t wait till i move in.

This has been a mixed but mostly bad experience. To start, the front desk folks are helpful, kind and great, and the building is located. Ext to lots of things and close to everything, that is all this building offers however.
The alley facing apartments are LOUD! We were told that garbage trucks don’t come through the alley until 7am, which would have been fine, though it’s completely untrue. Garbage trucks come through anytime time between 3 and 6 in the morning, and sometimes multiple times a night, and there is nothing you can do about it. The city says they can’t enforce noise ordinances

I stayed here when they first open during construction. The worst thing to do. For my showing Sara was not there and did not inform the other agent and she had a showing the same time as mine. I had to wait. I have had several leaks in my ceiling and ruined my couch. They did pay the expense to clean but it did not clean the water stain. Broken elevators, cat hair in the washers, the maintenance is awful. They leave your apartment nasty especially when they do plaster work and rinse out brushes in your sink on your glassware!!! Footprint traces were all over my floors. They heat was always broken

What other building will go above and beyond for their residents like The Albert? I don't know, but today I needed to scan a document to send to a new employer and Sara Sears (leasing manager) immediately stopped what she was doing in order to help me out. She saved me from taking a trip to FedEX that I didn't have time for today. That's just a small example of the kindness and attention that is given to the residents of this building. My girlfriend and I moved in here last June and recently re-signed our lease without hesitation. We absolutely love it here. It's a dog-friendly building and a great
