It is difficult to make deliveries at night here. You can take forever to find the building numbers. The light blinds you and should face the numbers

They don’t care about any problems that you have worse property management I’ve ever experienced they are very inconsiderate regarding maintence issues.they don’t take pest problems seriously overly priced i do not reckon end at all

Their apartments are very nice but the rent is way too high for a one bedroom. For $710 a month, I could rent a small house.

Terrible! They will lock you in a lease with hidden terms. Wouldn't let me out of my MONTHLY lease due to needing to inform them over 30 days in advance I'm terminating my MONTHLY lease, the date on the lease doesn't matter its arbitrary. Red haired woman at front desk is rude, lies, will change the price of rent if it's not in writing, and refuses to let me out of a monthly lease. Apartments are very poor condition the furnished apartments are terrible, run!

Edit: I recently left a bad review for this place that was meant for another complex. My apologies. Now after I came to Piccadilly to visit a friend I seen that this is a great place with wonderful people there, plenty of parking spaces and inside looks very nice. I might move here soon!

Excellent customer service! Management is very kind and thorough with renting process. Apartment is spacious and clean. Very nice new interior updates! Great location in Oregon, Oh.
