I enjoy living here. The staff helped me through a tough financial period, as I lost employment and gave birth to my now 4 month old son. They were honest and straight forward about important matters but did what they could to help. Aside from that, the common areas are kept safe and clean which matters even more to me, caring for me son. Caleb and Micheal are both friendly and I enjoy working with them on a regular basis.

Communicating with the team here has been a dream. The staff is friendly, responsive, and available. Any time that I have had a concern, a question, or a maintenance request it has been taken care of professionally in a timely fashion. I have enjoyed every interaction that I have had and look forward to the increasing improvements to the property as more people move in!

I have been living at CP for about 6 months now and have been impressed over and over again. After living elsewhere in Toledo, I had developed a bit of a negative attitude towards rental companies and felt they were all the same. The staff at CP is professional, responsive, and is always striving to make our home a better place to live. The location is amazing, the view is great, and the apartments are spacious and well maintained. Parking is also ample which is a plus downtown. I love living here!

I just moved in about a month ago, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Commodore Perry's great location makes everything downtown so convenient to reach, their fitness center is newly updated with great equipment, and their staff was super helpful in making sure the moving process was quick and easy. Not to mention my apartment itself is even bigger than I thought it was going to be. I would highly recommend Commodore Perry to anyone looking to move downtown.

I was told parking was included by miss Collins and first months rent realized it wasnt. Yet my fault for not reviewing the lease before signing off on it to realize I had to pay. Also fees they dont mention are gonna he an extra $50-$70 onto your rent. My rent is $940 but I pay $1,050 a month. Quick on fixes, staff is great and outdated. But location is perfect.

The hidden gem of Toledo! Located in booming downtown Toledo and within walking distance of so many wonderful activities and restaurants. Most incredibly, this building is absolutely rich in history! Elvis, Bob Hope and many others have had the pleasure of spending time in this amazing establishment. However, I can't speak much on the staff or management, the management is awful... But location wise and history are perfection.
