I LOVE THIS place. Jackie from maintenance is the best ever, she always answers our calls at any time in less than 2 rings and comes by within 15 minutes or less. When you live here you have much more than the view and the comfort, you also have a great maintenance service so you never have to worry about being stuck with a home malfunction alone.

The Tower on the Maumee was by far my favorite place to live during my time in Toledo. The views of the city from this high rise were breathtaking. Facing the west side, you can enjoy views of Fifth Third Field and absolutely stunning sunsets over the city. It is located in the heart of downtown Toledo, within walking distance to all the entertainment, such as bars, restaurants, parks, sporting events, etc. Most importantly, the on-site staff members were so kind and attentive to your needs. I would recommend The Tower on the Maumee to anyone looking for luxury living in Toledo!

Tower on the Maumee is the best place to live in the Greater Toledo area. It's ideally located right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance of Fifth Third Field, SeaGate Convention Center, Imagination Station, and many bars and restaurants. The building has amazing views of the surrounding area, including the Maumee River and Toledo's two beautiful bridges that go over it. Depending on the angle, you can even see Lake Erie and some of Michigan. The office staff are friendly and professional; they went above and beyond to welcome me to the Tower and helped make my transition moving

Did a wonderful job bringing this beautiful skyscraper back to life. After 20 years of sitting vacant. One of the most beautiful buildings in the Toledo area. This building can be seen all the way to Ottawa County on SR. 51, Michigan, On Lake Erie, from Holland, Sylvania, Perrysburg, Maumee and beyond.

Leasing office has been a big help and it's nice they're in the building. Appliances and services/security are awesome and having the covered secure parking garage attached is fantastic. Location downtown is great being next to the hockey arena and baseball diamond, and it's an easy drive to get to anywhere outside downtown.

The Tower is the premier power house apartments downtown. I can honestly say that aside from having the best views in downtown Toledo, the staff (Paris and Tyler) are hands down the cornerstone of this establishment. I guarantee they will be very accommodating and put a smile on your face. I highly recommended checking them out if you are in the market for a new apartment. Thanks for all your help guys.

We absolutely love living at the Tower on the Maumee! We have lived here one year and just renewed our lease for a second year. The apartment are in great condition, the staff is wonderful, and maintenance always responds ASAP to any needs we have. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to experience downtown!

Ive lived in 2 other buildings downtown and this is the best one by far. All of my neighbors are great and considerate. The building managers and staff are always friendly and helpful. Have had very few issues but when there is one, they are addressed quickly and thoroughly. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great downtown spot to live!

Moved from out of state into the Tower and have only been impressed. There is very much a community feel to the building, as socials are held frequently and allow for catching up as well as new residents to meet everyone. The residents are all very diverse and come from many different walks of life. As far as the units themselves, I don't know of any place that can match the quality of the Tower. The units are all brand new and luxurious.
Safety was a top priority of mine when apartment hunting. All the doors to enter the building are only opened by key fobs, there is a security guard in the lobby
