At Circe we offer some of the most beautiful and elegant event space in the city of Providence. Weather it be a bridal shower, baby shower, or a wedding, the cathedral sized ceilings and ivory white walls create a fresh and unique space to host events where atmosphere and style make a difference. Our upstairs mezzanine allows for private dining up to 45 seated guests, or upscale cocktail parties up to 60 guests.
Downstairs we can provide traditional Tuscan style dinners where you will be provided space to mingle amongst your guests around the table. Family style brunch events are a favorite of Circe where we can host up to 80 guests downstairs for buyout style events. Holiday parties are becoming tradition at Circe as guests have had continued success with their holiday events.

Services
Our wines are carefully chosen to best suit the concept of Circe. California and Italy have the largest presence as we specialize in modern American and Italian inspired cuisine. We try to influence our guests to enjoy great wines like a Nero D'avala from Sicily with a delicious veal Bolognese, or try a bold and stylish blend from Napa Valley with our braised short rib.
Providence Monthly What was your gateway into the hospitality industry? I was coaching Track and Field at URI at the time and wanted to make some extra money. So, I applied for a bar back position at Ten Steak & Sushi. It was there I met Carlo Carlozzi, the now-owner of Circe. He pulled me aside and told me that he'd teach me how to bartend if I promised to go with him when he opened his own place.

My friends and I went for restaurant week last night and it was one of the BEST meals of my life. Some restaurant week offerings are very limited, but not Circe! They offered a wide range of specialties and I was very impressed the attention to detail for each dish. We even got the drink chandelier, with flaming limes and different specialty drinks!
Our server, Camilla made it a great experience as well. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, funny, and courteous.

This place has such an incredible atmosphere and has beautiful Circe themed decor. The food was incredible for the price and the burger came with a pile of fries the size of my head. The staff was incredibly friendly and our waiter was excellent and extremely accommodating. This is one of my new favorite restaurants in providence and will definitely be coming here frequently.

Decor: I loved the white walls with the pop of color. They had some festive holiday garlands hanging by the bar. So pretty!
Service: I thought the service was way better than we have experienced in Boston. My husband thought it was a bit slow because they took a long time to bring his gin and tonic and the entrees came just as we were starting to wonder where our food was.
Food: We started with the special: cooked oysters. It was delicious! We had the green salad and Caesar salad. They split them for us. Thank you!
Entree: I had the mushroom bolognese and my husband had the chicken. Our friends

Circe Restaurant and Bar nails the ambience perfectly. Everything in the restaurant is white-really pretty. Our server was Catherine. We had drinks- blackberry old fashioned and the panty snatcher- both delicious. We started out with 6 oysters and 3 tacos for appetizers. Then we decided to share a caesar salad- but their caesar is made with kale which was fine. I'm not sure whether Catherine was new or nervous or overwhelmed, but we had to ask for water and bread, then we had to ask where our salad was and Catherine said, "oh you wanted your salad before your entrees?" No sooner did we ask about

Such an AMAZING time. I went for the Restaurant Weeks menu and was not disappointed!
The Panty Snatcher was such a delightful cocktail. Not too strong, the crisp fruity flavor of the grapefruit juice is complemented by the elegant flavor of the rosewater.
I also loved the ravioli. Best part of the meal ( besides dessert!). So hearty but not too filling and it was served with broccoli rabe underneath.
I had the Chocolate Three Ways which was so delicious, one of the best desserts I've had in quite a long time. Rich and decadent and the the creme brulee was the best part.
