Dr. Jia is a graduate of University at buffalo School of Dental medicine. After receiving her DDS degree, she completed post-graduate training at the University of Rochester and Strong memorial hospital. Dr. Jia believes in a patient-centric practice. Her genuine compassion, warm chair-side manners and gentle touch have restored smiles for patients of all ages, many with initial dental anxiety.

Beautiful new office and kind, friendly staff. Dr. Jia was very thorough and patiently explained what she was doing during my cleaning and check-up. I've never had a dentist explain in detail what they were doing and what they had observed in my x-rays. It was refreshing and reassuring to know what was going on and is the reason I will be returning to You Dental.

Fantastic staffs! Outstanding service! Great dental cleaning experience! A lot of my friends recommended this practice. Ryan (hygienist) is very patient, detail-oriented, and caring. Receptionist has been very nice and patient to help me with scheduling and insurance verification. The dentist is very nice and knowledgeable. My first visit with my young kids went well. They made me and my family so comfortable. We are very grateful and happy with their care.

So happy I found this practice. The staff is always friendly, helpful and they make me feel more than welcome. I had my first root canal and I was super nervous but they made the experience easy peasy(!) They also worked with me and my insurance when I needed to work out a payment plan for some things that weren’t covered. Found my forever dentist - hoorah!

We love You Dental. From the first phone call I made, to now everyone in the family meeting the hygienist and dentist, it’s been great! I didn’t want to leave my current dentist but realized after five years they were “out of network”.
Change is sometimes difficult. You Dental made the transition easy and enjoyable. Everyone in the office is great.

Dr Jia is the best dentist I have ever been. She is extremely professional, experienced, kind, and loving. She puts the kids right into ease as soon as she walks in the door. She took her time to explain what is needed and why, and patiently went over all the small procedures with my 7 year old and my 3 year old so they know what will be done on their tooth. This is the first time both of my kids did not cry and actually enjoyed the whole visit. The clinic is brand new, "wowly" decorated and extremely welcoming, the whole place makes you feel like home. The staff are extremely gentle, friendly
