I met Dr. Gary Giangreco outside of the office over 20 years ago. He noticed I had a discoloration on a tooth and shared he could take care of it. I have never experienced the level of customer service that I receive from Dr. Gary and his team anywhere medical or retail. The staff is outstanding and I enjoy watching how well they work together not just on my smile but while I am there I have listened as problems that come up always have a solution. Today I had an appointment and something else came up due to changes unexpectedly. I have been going to this dentist since 2001 and have always made my appointment and payed my bills without problems. Since the mandate many things have changed in my life. I worked in healthcare and once again gave 200% of myself. As a result of not making my appointment I am charged a fee. What has happened to the days of understanding and kindness? It is all about American greed what a shame but so the new world. I have nothing more to say because that speaks for itself.

As always, my experience at Innovative Dental was very positive. Dr. Gary and his staff are always very professional and considerate. Rachael was my Dental Hygienist today and she was very professional, friendly and reassuring. She took great care in cleaning my teeth and checking for any abnormalities or signs of cancer. I am so glad that I was referred to this office by a friend after my dentist retired and I have told other friends about this office. I have every confidence in Dr. Gary and his staff.

Dr. Gary Giangreco has been my dentist for many, many years. I am usually anxious about any dental work. I needed a dentist who would understand my anxiety and fear of any painful procedures. Dr.Gary has always been patient and understanding, ensuring that I am comfortable and experiencing no pain.

Amazing. My 82 year old mother (who hates going to a dentist) split her front tooth vertically. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they played her favorite music (Glen Miller) to relax her and she never felt a thing! To top it off, they found a way to save us money and get it fixed in one visit instead of multiple visits. The staff is incredible and oh so sweet. We just had a second tooth done today that was going to break, with the same experience. Both teeth cost less than the original estimate for one and in less time. I would highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed.
