Stop reading and hire Paris Pressley. Paris is the master. My words cannot match my positive experience with him, but I’ll say this: The man is a master at his craft (and one of the only Certified Master Inspectors in Georgia — a certification you can get once you complete 1,000 home inspections). Paris Pressley is so knowledgable and thorough! I had a great experience using him as my home inspector!
