After finding you the perfect home and securing a contract, we know you're excited to start planning your knew space. That's why with every buyer contract we 3D image the home for you so you can virtually "visit" the home as many times as you'd like while you're waiting to close, not to mention being able to share with friends and family.

I highly recommend Porch Path! I was a first time home buyer, relatively new to the area and came in with a lot of questions. Kevin was patient, very knowledgeable about the home buying process as well as different neighborhoods I was interested in. As an agent, he also has a great understanding of construction which I found incredibly valuable when looking at homes with recent renovations or additions. I’ve bought and sold a few properties over the past 10 years and have worked and interacted with many agents. Kevin is by far the most knowledgeable and professional agent that Ive worked with. For example, Kevin attends or streams every City of Atlanta planning meeting so he knows exactly what is happening around town.
