Highly recommended. I worked with Trent to sell my high rise condo in Midtown. I had moved out of state and he was extremely helpful with trying to find contractors to complete some upgrades on the condo and helping with other items that I could not address from out of state. He was responsive to all emails, texts, and calls. It was my first time selling a home but he was fantastic and professional throughout the entire process and answered all my questions.

Trent did a fantastic job selling my condo. Trent found an interested buyer quickly because of his knowledge of the market and availability to buyers looking at the building, Metropolis. We had a binding agreement with ZERO DAYS on the open market-- the listing went straight to "pending" when it went live. Then the COVID-19 pandemic hit. The buyer's lender balked on the eve of closing, outright refused to lend under a rubbish pretext. The deal nearly cratered. But Trent saved it. He helped the buyer find a new lender, and the new lender closed really quickly. Now the buyer is a happy homeowner

Worked with Trent and Evan to sell my condo in Druid Hills. We went with this group because they primarily sell condos around Atlanta and we needed to sell quickly. The team was responsive to all of our (numerous) questions at what was a very stressful time. We also moved out of state during the sale period and relied on the team to deal with any issues that came up re getting contractors/plumbers scheduled to make changes. They also did a good job of indicating what terms to accept and not accept once we went under contract.

Can't recommend Trent enough - he helped us not only purchase our dream home in Grant Park but also sold our condo in Midtown. While searching for a new home was not easy due to the low supply of homes in the in-town market, Trent helped us navigate all the twists and turns of this process. We searched for a few months and ended up putting in offers on multiple properties until we finally found the one. I would highly when working with Trent at CityMax Realty. This is the second time I have worked with Trent (buying a house, previously he sold our condo) and he is great! He's very knowledgeable about the Atlanta market and always provided excellent advice/insight when we were considering an offer. He had great recommendations when it came to things like home inspections, what to ask for in an offer, etc. Finally, Trent was super responsive and made himself available any time we needed anything. I will definitely work with CityMax Realty again the next time I'm selling or purchasing a home!

Trent is absolutely amazing. It was not first buy, but my first sell in Atlanta. He educated me throughout the entire process. He negotiated a cash deal. My place was on the market less than a couple weeks and we closed within a month. He was completely responsive, and followed up with my phone calls as if I was his only client. We went looking for midtown Atlanta housing and saw Trent's office was right in the center. Upon contacting Trent we immediately felt he wanted to learn our interests. Over the process he demonstrated how well he knew the buildings and neighborhoods.
