We used Westrom Group to help find our first home. Tina was absolutely amazing! During these crazy times buying a home has become increasingly harder especially for first time buyers. Tina was able to help us into a new build, after looking at many homes. We were skeptical with a new build at first but all of our questions were answered right away and she made the process very easy for us. Tina was very knowledgeable with the process and handled any problem we faced with the builder. Overall, we love our new home and was very happy with the experience that Westrom Group offered.

I moved 3 of my 4 Texas rentals over to Westrom. Before hiring them, I researched several other PM companies and spoke with several of Westrom's current owners, before choosing them. It's easy for PM company to just sit back and collect rents and charge the owners a PM fee, but the real test of a good PM, is when it comes to dealing with a turn.

I rented a home from the company for 3 years, did my best to be a good tenant and take care of the home as if it were my own, as I do with any rental. DO NOT rent from this company unless you are okay with considering the rental deposit as non-refundable. This company took my entire deposit after moving out. I made sure I followed all instructions plus more to make sure the home was left in good condition. Even after questioning why I was charged highly for conditions such as wall paint and carpet that were there at move-in, they failed to provide a reasonable explanation. For example, they charged

This reality group is terrible. We moved in to a trashed back yard, spent all year landscaping and having it weeded. We did the same 2 days before we moved out. We also spent at least 5 hours cleaning the house after we moved out.
They sent me a letter saying they were deducting for neglect of the yard and not cleaning. They are thieves and extremely untrustworthy. I would not recommend getting a property run by them to my worst enemy.
And of course they disabled my login to the portal so I can review the move in checklist they made me do to see what the state of the yard was marked as......

WOW. I cant say enough good things about this group. We have just moved into our new rental house. The entire process was fairly easy and straightforward.
