I did private lessons with Ali and realized there was so much I had been doing wrong. In past group yoga classes, the teachers never really paid attention to me because I looked like I was doing it better than majority of the class due to my dance background. It also helped my scoliosis! I'm so happy I found her.

Alison has taught yoga and mindfulness classes in my corporate building for over a year. It's clear by the growing audience that what she is offering makes a difference. I have seen her students make strides physically and emotionally and I have personally learned so much about my body, intention and release.
Services
Alison is extremely educated on every aspect of how the body moves. She knows exactly what to do to correct or improve your form. I think every person could benefit from Alison's services, whether you already have an injury or impediment or for preventative maintenance. I can't say enough about how amazing she is!

My yoga session with Ali was absolutely amazing! Her knowledge and precision was highly effective and appreciated! What stood out more than anything was the intentions of healing without just going through the motions to get through a class. She will find your strengths and use them to improve your weaknesses. Very impressed with the entire experience 10/10 🙏🏾👽

Alison has literally changed my life. I am a former ballerina, and I have developed scoliosis over the years. I kept hearing how great yoga was for your body, (mind &soul also) & especially for scoliosis, but every yoga class I took I felt zero improvement. I decided to sign up for a private lesson with her after meeting her at a meditation class and her saying she could help with my situation. It turns out I was doing all of the poses wrong! With my dance background & flexibility, I appeared to be doing them right in my eyes. And the issue with group classes is you don’t get the full attention

Alison does an amazing job creating a personalized experience! She is very knowledgeable in yoga positions an how to help different areas you might be wanting to work on. I was always comfortable in our session and didn’t fear asking dumb questions!

Alison has been my yoga therapist for the past few years and she's great! When I first started working with her, I was experiencing discomfort and pain in my lower back and hips, and wanted to improve my flexibility. Each session was tailored to my specific needs and 100% of the time I left feeling relief from pain and with a relaxed state of mind. I've noticed huge improvements in muscle strength and flexibility from a prior injury, that I thought would never get better. Thank you Alison- you are the truth!

I was really nervous initially to try yoga, as my body isn’t near as flexible as it used to be. But, Ali was amazing at leading our yoga classes, which contained various levels of experience. Ali has an incredible amount of patience and is extremely skilled at showing how to do various poses based on skill level. Ali not only encourages you to do better, but she also taught us the history of the practice as well. Ali is extremely positive and is shining ray of sunshine to everyone she meets. 🌞

Allison is so passionate about her work and helping others. She helped me in a series of yoga therapy sessions that really helped my back problems and balanced out my hips and legs. Not only is she someone that can help during your session with her but she also gives you the knowledge and tools you can take home with you. She’s the best & so personable!

Alison teaches with precision, and helped a beginner like me understand the ‘why’ behind what I was doing. She has a love for yoga that will get you excited to learn. I would recommend her to anyone.
