We've created an environment that allows us to soak in the essence of our unique beach town's landscape while we flow with the elements 365 days a year. We hope that as you join us for your first yoga class or deepen your practice with us that you can find the classes and the teachers that most align with where you are.
In 2015 we launched Ventura's first Outdoor Yoga Studio. We've been ebbing and flowing and growing with the times (and the weather of course) ever since. We've got a group of teachers that feel like family to us and their foundations are rooted in nature as well; surfing, hiking, trail running, climbing, etc.

What started out as playful classes in the park with close friends, quickly turned into the birth of a community. Founder Jessy Raspiller began her teaching career in 2014. Upon completing the first of many trainings, she was encouraged to reach an underserved market and tap into an audience that didn't perviously have access to yoga.
Our unique Co-Op packages blends the offering of 3 diverse local studios into an all access class pass. Providing a greater opportunity not only for our community connection, but for each of you to experiences a wide array of practices to deepen your well being. 5 Classes at The Pharm for Yoga, Yoga in Spanish, Barre, and Pilates (Wundra Chair not included in Co-op).
Since the beginning, Ventura Pop Up Yoga has strived to reach all walks of life through our affordable and accessible yoga community. In the past year we've been forced to shift many of our formats to accommodate the changing landscape of life. It's a priority to us to never turn anyone away from this practice.
A collective group of women working to discover a more enriching way to be alive through movement, community, guided activities, and the sacred art of photography. The Shift is an invitation to discover a deeper sense of who you are. Breaking through molds of who you were shown you "should" be and extracting the truth that's within the core of who you really are.
Each month we're featuring our fantastic teachers, their incredible attributes as well as raising money for a non-profit that is near and dear to them. Healing through sound and intention is extremely important to me. In 2018 the Native American Flute came into my life. This instrument was so much different than others I had played.

It was a chilly evening, and I was worried I’d freeze, but Emily had us moving and breathing in a way that warmed me up so much I had to unzip my coat. Being so new, I don’t know all the yogic phrasing, but without embarrassing me, Emily recognized that and gently incorporated explaining and showing me (and everyone else) exactly what to do. She tied the session to her own recent personal experience, and for me that, plus being out in
