Services
Lindsay received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 2004. She has been practicing outpatient orthopedic physical therapy in Northern Colorado since that time. Throughout her career she has focused on manual therapy and a fitness forward approach to functional rehab.
Payments are made via cash, check, credit or debit card. If applicable you may also use your Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account dollars on physical therapy. Dara Wellness and Physio is an out-of-network provider and does not bill insurance. You will pay cash at the time of service, but upon request you will be provided with a Superbill which you can submit to your insurance for any available out-of-network benefits.
No! Colorado is a "direct access" state, meaning you do not need a physician referral to see a licensed physical therapist. The only exception would be if your insurance requires one for out-of-network reimbursement. After evaluation, if the therapist feels it's appropriate or necessary for you to be seen by a physician, you will be referred out at that point.

After many visits to a massage therapist and Chiropractor, with no help for my pain, I went to Lindsey. After a thorough exam she recommended dry needling. What a difference it made with a few visits. With the exercises she showed me to do, I haven't had any pain. Lindsey is very professional and knowledgeable! She has helped me with my IT band, shoulder and heal pain. I highly recommend Dara Wellness!

I 110% recommend Dara Wellness and Physio. I began my visits here in June of this year, shortly after moving to Colorado. I’ve struggled on and off with low back/hip pain/sciatica on both sides for roughly the past two years and have been to PT a couple of times, only recently adding dry needling in the mix. I found that working with Lindsay doing a combination of the two has been extremely beneficial for me. My pain has significantly decreased and at this point is virtually gone. Where do I begin with how great my experiences have been with Dara Wellness and Physio. I have been helped by Lindsay for the past few years via one-off seminars and more recently through committed weekly PT sessions. Prior to working with Dara Wellness and Physio I wouldn’t even entertain the idea of PT. After I started, it only took a few weeks of work to virtually eliminate my debilitating lower back pain. I have been humbled on so many levels after experiencing a car accident. I am grateful for the attention to my whiplash and migraines by Lindsay. She is very knowledgeable, and provides relief with her dry needling and manual therapy, and is attentive to making sure I can get back to my exercise goals and physical abilities that were halted after my accident by programming workouts that help me build strength and mobility in the areas of my injury. There is a hype, and you should believe this hype. I have had a consistent reoccurring issue that I have sought help for in the past. I have been to other PT's, sport massage therapists, doctors, self help programs, etc. Though some of these places/people/programs have helped me, and temporarily fixed or hid the issue, it would return and there were times when it had put me out for months. That was until, of course, I discovered Lindsay - Dara Wellness and Physio. I was hesitant for months about seeing Lindsay because I didn’t have good end results with other physical therapists and felt like the pain I was experiencing would never get resolved. After seeing Lindsay as of today I have noticed such dramatic changes in my performance as an athlete and overall on a daily basis.
