My family and I have lived in their townhouse from April of 2017 to present and only moved due to work. They are amazing, very friendly, prompt when dealing with repairs, and 1st class when dealing with issues if any come up. Nate Fisher helped us find our new family home as well as helped me sell my condo in less than a week for both (not considering closing time). He was always responsive during the buying and selling process. He’s amazing.
In addition, Stephanie Stone was awesome. She coordinated any and all questions during showings- and then everything under the sun once we had a pending offer. She is a rock star who is always working and answering emails, calls, and texts to make this transition go as smoothly as possible.

Nate is AMAZING!!!!!
We started this process when we relocated from Houston and were looking for a rental. 2 years later we are buying our 1st home. My wife was very challenging throughout the entire process and Nate's expertise kept her calm the entire way. It took a little convincing to get her on board with a new construction so I am very thankful Nate was there. He "held her hand" thru the entire process. He made all the necessary calls and stayed on top of the builder and the seller's agent to keep things moving to my wife detailed specifications and that was a challenging task in itself

My husband and I were ready to buy our forever home, our lease was up. I had inquired on a property online and Grant replied with all my questions. We were also looking for a realtor and Grant met our criteria. He was not pushy, he provided the information I was asking for, he was very responsive and patient with me and all my questions.
