Services
Cosmetic Dentistry is anything done to correct imperfections in the appearance of the mouth. Anyone who is unhappy with their smile can have it fixed. The upper teeth show, usually, only when smiling, while the lower teeth remain hidden. This is reversed when talking, with the upper teeth remaining hidden while the lower teeth show.
Crowns are full coverage restorations that are used to cover a tooth that is likely to break, or is too broken down to be restored with a filling. They are most commonly done after root canal treatment, or when a large filling wears out. The larger the hole made by a cavity that has to be treated, the more likely a crown will be needed.
Although orthodontic treatment can be effectively administered at any age, the optimal time to begin treatment is early on in childhood at the first sign of orthodontic problems. Treating these problems initially ensures that the best results can be achieved with respect to time and cost. Early orthodontic interception is imperative to prevent serious problems later in adulthood.

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Arnold and her staff. We have been going to them for a few years now. I've had to have old fillings replaced that had cracked. She was patient with me allowing me to do them slowly as I could afford them. My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist and the staff are so good with them. Dr. Arnold is like the Dr. Pol of dentistry. She didn't try to upsell me on work I didn't really need. I was set for Invisalign at an orthodontist which would have cost me thousands of dollars, almost two years of time - not including the lifetime of retainers, and even a specialist to have surgery on my gums. Dr. Arnold not only saved me thousands of dollars by working with me and my insurance, but also a lot of time and headaches! She fixed my teeth, lasered my gums, did everything I needed quickly. I liked my 2nd appointment here way more than my first. The receptionist the first time was not friendly at all and there wasn't great patient interaction with me. I went for a filling the next week and had a much better experience with Dr. Kemper and her assistant. They filled an older cavity and filled 2 tiny ones that probably didn't need to be filled, but that's okay because now I have peace of mind.

I came here, no one even said good morning to me or my wife and actually, they was rude. At the end, we are here again because they work in my wife mouth and they hurt her so bad, she can't open the mouth like normally she did to eat and its been like more than 2 weeks and they said that is normal!
In a different situation,This place is a mess! They said they accepted my insurance and like a week after they call me telling me I have to pay everything because they didn't accepted my insurance. Crazy!!!! Like in 2 days they report everything

I've been going here for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Arnold is great and so is Dr. Riley. Everyone there is so nice and friendly- patient too if you are a baby at the dentist like I am. They really do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and take away the nerves and are so understanding about it. I highly recommend the practice- everyone there is wonderful.

I was so relieved to find a dentist I like here in Lexington! I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist and this practice is so great. Jennifer has done my cleanings and I also have a lot of sensitivity and she doesn't use the water which makes it easier on me. I also recently had a crown done and am hard to get numb but Dr.Arnold was very patient and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding. It's nice to know I don't have anything to be afraid of here which sounds odd as an adult but I do have real fear of dental work. I love this practice and am so grateful to have

A few months ago I had a general check up with Arnold Family Dentistry when I first moved into town. They replaced three old fillings on my lower left molars. The staff and the dentist were friendly, but they did a very poor job on my molars.
Dr. Arnold removed the old fillings and as soon as she was done, she walked away and left her assistant alone to do the fillings. My molars hurt alot, I went back to them the next day to have them check on it.

Today I went in to have a filling that I had done in sept by a different dentist replace because it broke. And it was in the front.... They got me in as a new patient really quickly and took care of that and another that was about to fall out. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I think I finally found a dentist in Lexington that I can go to more than once!
