Dr. Nelson is originally from St. Louis and grew up in southern California. She earned her dental degree from the University of Kentucky in 2009. She is a member of multiple dental associations, including the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Bluegrass Dental Society, and the National Dental Association.

I love Dr. Nelson she is wonderful and the dental hygienists are great too! I've never had to wait when I come in for a cleaning or procedure. When I got my fillings there was no pain. Not even from the needle stick for numbing bc Dr. Nelson does some kind of sensory confusion thing where you're not sure when or where the stick is going and by the time you feel it it's already over. I really like the office, Dr, and staff.

This place is horrible. They made me wait for more than an hour without any explanation as to why or anything. I ended up not even getting what I came there for . What a waste of my time .They are so rude I see why the place looks like that now . If you guys change the way you treat your patients maybe you’ll have enough money to move to a better place and expand your business if not you’ll go out of business.

This was the hands down best experience I've had at a dentis . I had a wave of major pain and needed emergency extraction and they got me in 40 minutes later. The tech/nurse Montana was super quick and awesome. Dr Nelson was the best dentist I've had with no extraction pain. Super friendly and quick

Absolutely fantastic! Staff demeanor, professionalism and overall care were all phenomenal. I found myself in a time crunch to receive dental work. Dr. Nelson and her staff did everything in their power to meet my needs and get everything squared away with my insurance- all while being incredibly patient and understanding. Cannot recommend enough!
