During my years with State Farm I have worked in Life/Health operations (4 years), Homeowner claims (7 years), Automobile and Property claims (3 years), Agency Management (3 years) and Agency (10 years). I bring all of my previous experience to the table to assist insureds with their life/health, home and auto needs.

I absolutely am amazed at the experience I’ve had with State Farm and this office in the short 6 weeks I’ve been dealing with them. Kesia has called me personally to do a check up on how I’m doing, she went over all of my coverage with me in detail, I’ve never had another agency do that. I made a double payment somehow and Brianna was right of top of getting my refund, she stayed in contact and checked to make sure I got it. I even got a birthday card hand signed by all of the team!! Truly like a GREAT neighbor! They can even insure my wedding! Will be a long time customer 💜

Hands down the best insurance agent I've ever encountered. Kesia L Brown and her staff have been amazing. I recently had to leave them due to transferring to a new state. The new agent made a first bad impression on me. I was able to reach out to Kesia's office in a different state and was able to get more results from them. Brianna Knight was amazing. She made calls on my behalf and followed up with me weeks later to make sure I was taken care of. I must say their office has set the bar very high for my new agent. I hate i had to leave them but I will never forget their outstanding customer service

I was connected with Insurance Agent Kacey Chase. She is absolutely amazing! Works at a fast pace, yet still provided amazing service! Was able to get me the best deal in town for my automobile insurance. I loved working with her, she was very professional yet friendly, I felt so comfortable like I had known her for years! Will most definitely be transferring all my other vehicles over to her.
