Our family-run company traces its foundations all the way back to 1897 and has remained one of the Low Country's premiere Independent Insurance Agencies for decades, providing exceptional care and consideration. As an independent property and casualty insurance and risk management firm, we specialize in home, auto, property, marine, umbrella, wind and flood insurance for both personal and business clients.

Personal Property: protects personal property of family members anywhere in the world and property of others while it is at your residence. Loss of Use: pays for additional living expenses up to your standard of living or far rental value if your residence becomes uninhabitable.

This is a terribly incompetent organization. I have had a claim pending with them for two months now. They sent an inspector in mid-August, the inspector finished a report a couple weeks later and still no final response to the claim. Every time I call them it’s like the first time I’ve ever called. Then they tell me they’ll call me by the end of the day and then I never hear from them again... until I call back and repeat the same experience. Next stop, Better Business Bureau! Save yourself the pain, take your business elsewhere.
