The doctor rushed my exam, and I never reached full clarity while doing the "1-2" test. I was told that my eyesight had worsened significantly, but was not given a stronger prescription, and then bullied by the front desk to buy glasses immediately. I told both the doctor and the front desk that I did not feel comfortable with the results of the eye exam. When I did not buy glasses and went to seek out a second opinion, Vision Source told my insurance that they had no complaints on file, and that they (Vision Source) did not give me permission to seek a second opinion.

My frame I purchased from Vision Source broke in less than a year. I had to wait for the completion of the year for new insurance to kick in and went back to Vision Source. The front office wanted to charge me the full price for replacement frame ($175, not counting the insurance just yet). I asked for some discount since the frame broke within a year and the new insurance about 80% of the replacement cost. Front office does not have the initiative and empowerment to make such a decision and provide a discount. I still respect that.

I thought this place was a nice place until I really needed assistance with my prescription. So I used to go there every year for my annual vision exam and doctor Jenny prescribes me Xiidra for my dry eyes syndrome and told me come for a follow up after 3 or 4 months to see if the medication is working. I called after the required timeframe to talk to the doctor regarding few questions I had and make an appointment as she suggested. However, the person who picked up told me she was busy, and she will call me back. She never called back. I made the appointment, but I had an emergency, so I could

Bought a nice, expensive pair of Dolce & Cabbana glasses from here...I missed placed the case a few weeks later and came in for a replacement case, the doctor was so rude and did not replace it! I thought ok, maybe he is having a bad day?
Fast forward, I hardly wear the glasses,but they needed to be adjusted, so I went in a few days ago and once… again... rude staff and they would not adjust the glasses for me. I will never step foot in there again and hope you will visit another doctor where you and your money will be appreciated. Have a fantastic day!
