I was driving by and remembered one of the temples on my glasses had somehow been bent a bit out of place.
It bothered me, so I pulled up, put on my mask, walked in and asked if they could adjust it just 1/8".
The woman examined it and asked if it also felt loose. A little. She went to a side room where I could see her working on them. As I waited, I noticed that the waiting area chairs were socially distant.
After a few minutes she came out and handed back my glasses with the temple evened up and a nicer snug fit. There was no charge and I wasn't even their client! What a useful community service

This is just a word of caution. First let me say that my son has been a patient at this practice for several years and I have always been pleased with the service and that is why I decided to give it a try for my gas permeable (hard) contact lenses. As with most lenses for people who are very nearsighted, the first pair did not work. I wore them a week, as instructed, came back in for the follow-up, and it was determined that a better fit was needed. The second pair came in and I wore them for not quite a week and although they fit better, my eyes were very tired and sore and the end of each day

I have been using this location for a few years now and I have always received the best service. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I would dread going to the place I went to before because they would try to pressure me into buying more than what I needed. I have been using Dr. Nguyen and she is super nice and always answers all my questions. I feel like she really cares about my vision and I have referred all of my family to this office.
