Eye Connection

First time here and I’ll be bringing my family back for their exams. Great customer service and helpful staff.

Brenna, Kristin and of course Dr. Chung are awesome! I'm a glasses person. I enjoy being there, it's like shopping for shoes... 😂

I love Eye Connection. I have been a patient here for a few years. They are fast, friendly and clean. When i moved, i temporarily left and went to another provider. During COVID, i was unable to get a refill for my contacts. I called Eye Connection and they immediately gave me a refill. I came back and will never leave them again!

The staff are AMAZING!!! They always go above and beyond when helping my family of 6.. We’ve been coming here since 2011 and they have been come family ❤️

It’s very hard for me to give any business 5 stars, but these guys went above and beyond to keep tweaking my prescription, which meant multiple remakes of my glasses. The staff are Amazing, the Doctors are great. Huge shout out to Kristen, my main contact there, she is absolutely AWESOME!

You should advertise on your website or any of your social platforms that you're not accepting walk-in customers. I only needed to buy frames and lenses. Thanks for the waste of time.

Dr Tran and his staff are amazing! Great customer service. Friendly, great with kids! We hadn't been to the eye doc in 2 years. Dr Tran is very knowledgeable and the staff is very helpful and patient. During these crazy covid days people can be fearful but they are VERY CLEAN. They wipe everything down after each client.

The staff is always pleasant and courteous at Eye Connection. With the current Covid-19 situation, they have gone above and beyond to perform every safety measure to make patients feel safe and comfortable. I appreciate the extra care that they take not only during the current pandemic, but as a part of their every day practice.

It had been quite a while since my last appointment and I was still seen promptly and they made sure that all my information was still current. I was in and out in about 30 minutes; this included my shopping around for my glasses as well. They make it very clear how much my plan will allow before I have to come out of pocket for costs. This team is amazing!

As always, I had a pleasant experience with Eye Connection. I am always greeted as soon as I enter through the door. The staff is very prompt to attending to my appointment. I was taken to the back within 5 minutes. The young lady who took the pictures of my eyes was very pleasant. She was very patient as I had difficulty keeping my eyes open during the process. We completed this process and I moved on to the next step which was the exam room. She completed another step of the process with me. Shortly thereafter, the doctor was prompt to come in. Dr. Tran, Dr. Chung and staff are all wonderful. We have seen both doctors over a few years and we are always so pleased with their attentiveness and ability to explain everything in detail. The staff is great - easy to get a convenient appointment time with our crazy schedules and so accommodating to even tighten glasses we bought years ago. I can't say enough about this office!

I have been going here for years and have been seen by both Dr. Chung and Dr. Tran. Both are fantastic. They genuinely care and follow up. Wait times are always minimal and all the front desk staff (Jessica, Ashley, Taryn) is friendly and able to help. I've stopped in to get adjustments on glasses and they've accommodated me as a walk in. I highly recommend Eye connection for any contact/glasses/eye exam needs.

Phenomenally prompt and professional service from front desk all the way to Dr. Chung. Great selection of frames with very knowledgeable staff. Clean office and brand new equipment. Definitely returning.

After getting some nasty debris stuck in my eye that wouldn't flush out with water, I made a few phone calls to local eye doctors in Sienna looking for a short-notice appointment. Eye Connection was the most responsive and willing to squeeze me in for my very, very minor emergency. I was seen almost immediately by a very friendly staff. Dr Tran was awesome and I'll definitely return.

I would highly recommend Dr. Tran to any of my friends and family. We just moved here from CA and I was searching for a new eye doctor. I've worn contacts for over 20 years. I am so impressed with how professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely sweet the office staff is whenever I come in for an appointment. They are great with dealing with insurance and making sure everything is covered and very good at letting you know of any out of pocket costs.
