First off we ordered a party bus just to hear the day of IT CRASHED. then they give us a shuttle bus. everything was fine until on our way to the party we broke down. they used all our water to fix the battery of the bus just for it to break down again 5 minutes later. the driver would not explain anything to us and we were all going crazy and had no idea what was going on. we were sitting on the side of the road and we were not going to make it to our party and had to get our parents to pick us up to take us. They made my friend pay a $400 tip right before the bus broke down. now our driver, Ariel

Contracted with them for a classic Rolls Royce car for my wedding day. In the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, they were very difficult to get in touch with to confirm the details/timing. On the day of the wedding, they company showed up with a different vehicle than what we had reserved and DID NOT even give us a heads up or a courtesy call in advance to let us know there was a change.
We were very disappointed as we paid a lot of money for the car service only to end up with a vehicle we weren't satisfied with.

Unprofessional, liars, breach of contract! Dream Limo was contracted for 6 hours to drive 17 kids to their prom and back. They are on top of you to sign a contract. Beyond that they could care less. Arrived late citing traffic. When I asked the driver a question about when he brings the kids home he replied..... "This is only a one way trip". To which I replied no it isn't and contacted the owner before they left. He told me he needed to switch the driver for the way home. He gave me that name and number. The kids wanted to come home a little earlier than when the event ended

This crap company screwed me over last week and left me and my friends standing on the side of the road and never answered any of my calls and stole my money.
I searched and found out this is the same thief company as Gucci Limo and Ma Gucci Limo and MG Limo. All of them are crooks and will steal every send of your money.
