We do so by providing housing, meals, supervision and assistance with such programming as recreational, fitness, and social activities in a way that promotes maximum self-determination and independence.
Helping Heart, LLC offers a wide array of services that will suit your health needs - whether at home or in a care facility. From personal care to rehabilitative therapy our company has your needs covered. The State of Florida has granted us a special license for Extended Congregate Care. This allows us to offer services that many mainstream assisted living facilities cannot provide.
Homemaker or Companions provide the clients with peace of mind that someone will always be around to keep them company. You might know someone who could use a companion or homemaker at home. The Administrative Services Organization (ASO) is a financial tool used to help children and their families identify, select, arrange, and pay for supports and services with qualified community providers and should be used as last resort. Service Description: Services provided in the home that focus on specific training and coaching on skills such as household organization, time management, personal finance, cleaning, etc.
Personal care assistance is a service that assists a recipient with eating and meal preparation, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and other self care activities of daily living. The service also includes activities such as assistance with meal preparation, bed making and vacuuming when these activities are essential to the health, safety and welfare of the recipient and when no one else is available to perform them.
