Services
Ventnor Veterinary Office is a well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care. We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. We also work closely with referral practices when special diagnostic procedures are required.
Because of the shorter lifespan of our pets, we stress the importance of an annual physical examination. Thorough check-ups and preventive care can help alleviate serious health problems. Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services: Our hospital is equipped to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to care for your pets' complete health care needs.
Dr. Grant has been a member of our team since her teenage years. She began working as a veterinary assistant while in high school. Although she attended college and veterinary school in the mid and southwest US, she continued to work while home on school breaks. Dr. Grant graduated from Oklahoma State University's College of Veterinary Medicine in 2002 and returned to our practice as an Associate Veterinarian.

Dr. Grant has been our veterinarian for almost 14 years now and she's not only knowledgeable but she has such a gentle and calming way about her and my dogs have always felt comfortable in her presence. I'd also like to add how nice her staff is, as well. They've always been accommodating and understanding and I would be lost without this place!

Hands down love Dr. Uth & my boy loves her too. Took him in this morning to get neutered & as nerve wracking as it is for a pet parent to have their baby go under i knew he was in good hands with Dr. Uth. Her… bed side manor is phenomenal and I know she loves what she does and loves my dog just as much as I do. Thank you to Dr. Uth & Amanda for taking good care of my baby today! I couldn’t have survived the day without these two!!

I adore Dr Grant ,Veterinary Office is 5 Stars....GROOMER 1 star, My msg is in regards to the Groomer that works out of the office whom charges her own prices. I have a Rescue who was brought to her for his 2nd Groom ever. First being after he was rescued. We are not sure yet f his breed but he definitely has some poodle in him . He's like Havapoo texture/curls of a poodle. He is 12lbs. Small adorable lil baby. I've been working on him with a slicker brush .He is around a year old we have had him almost 4m. He was in a cage 9m of his life. Getting use to a slicker brush wasn't an

Dr. Grant has been our pets' Veterinarian for almost twelve years. Since the very first visit to her with our then two month old puppy, we knew we were in good hands. Through all the years, and all the visits, Dr. Grant has always shown great compassion and has always offered wise and sound advice. We never feel rushed during office visits, and Dr. Grant answers any and all questions we may have.
The staff here is truly as awesome and caring as Dr. Grant. They are all very patient, kind, and competent and you really can tell that they love what they do. We feel blessed having Dr. Grant

10/25/17:.. STILL THE BEST THERE IS!!! My daughter's service dog was injured and Dr Grant and her staff were top notch!! He was in The VERY best hands (paws). Heather at the desk was so nice. Kimmy was sweet as always. And The vet techs took soooooo much time tending to our dog. They are The BEST. If you're not going there. You're missing out on The best care EVER.

It is hard for me to believe people are giving a one star rating to this wonderful veterinary practice. We've lived here for 11 years and started with Dr. Grant and Staff soon after. They have always been accommodating, friendly and very caring. The consideration we've gotten from this business is unsurpassed by any vet we've ever used and we've been using vets for 45 years.
I have never felt pressured to follow Dr. Grant's recommendation. On the contrary, she has always explained the pros and cons for everything and given us the "space" to choose on our own

If I could give 0 stars I would. We are down at our shore house in Ventnor and our 11 week old puppy had an alarming looking eye issue pop up this morning. We walked in torrential rain and flooding on Ventnor Ave. to seek some help from the local vet office. Much to our shock, we were sent away and rebuffed by the office!!! We were told the doctor is not taking any new patients. We just wanted to pay for one visit to make sure our puppy was ok!!!! We weren't trying to become a new patient...unbelievable! Is this even ethical? Go to the Margate veterinary office instead!!! They were compassionate

My puppy is 14 years young, hates going to the Dr.s, like we all do, but she loves all the Dr. Grant and all her helpers.... she is treated like she is special and they are kind and loving, even when giving her her shots... I have 4 vets, within 5 minutes of me and will drive a 1/2 hour out of my way..... LOVE THEM!!!

Please, please, PLEASE avoid this vet! I lost my sweet cat and my cousin lost her dog to this vaccine crazed incompetent vet. Both of our pets developed seizures from over vaccination, which this vet pressured us into. My cat, who was 5, then developed a vaccine-associated sarcoma, a deadly cancerous tumor. My cousin's dog, who was 4, developed renal failure. Be afraid ... BE VERY AFRAID!
