Great shop. I went to have my laptop fixed (broken screen), and the people here knew what they were talking about. Price was very good (cheaper than what I paid for the same service elsewhere a while ago), and the new screen works well (while I understand these new touch screens are easy to mess up).

They evaluated and repaired my ASUS laptop PC. Teresa at counter/customer service rep was very helpful & pleasant & responsive. Same for Technician/specialist Paulo who was very knowledgeable & thorough and explained to me my repair options. My PC is working great now, & even better than new because I upgraded my hated drive. I would highly recommend them.

Bob is a good guy, but the work done is not worth your time or money. Took in a MacBook for an issue and paid a fairly exorbitant amount to have it fixed (I get it, Apple products are expensive! No hard feelings.) however within two weeks of fixing, the same problem returned. Took it in and they claimed that they were not liable for it and that they’d charge a “decent” price to redo it. If you like to pay twice to have the same issue fixed, this is your place.

Absolutely phenomenal service! I brought my laptop in for repair after I dropped it (there was no physical damage, but it stopped holding a charge). They charge $90 to open the device up and look it over. Got a call the next day saying the battery had come dislodged and that they had replaced the clips and that it was ready for pickup. Went to pick it up, and they refunded me $45, so I ended up only having to pay $45 total. Overall, I was exceptionally pleased with the affordability, quality, and speed of service, as well as the clear communication throughout the process. Highly recommend!

I had an unsolvable (for me) problem with the software on my Toshiba laptop. Some sort of conflict between Windows 10 and the anti-virus program. After many frustrating attempts to solve it myself, I brought the machine to Affordable Laptop. Within 48 hours, I had the laptop back, with all issues resolved. They charged me for only 1 hour of time. The technician (Sean) called me with a number of recommendations that I would have never thought of myself, and he performed them for no extra charge. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and competence. Highly recommended.

About a year ago, I brought my daughter's laptop to Affordable because is would not charge. I had tried an aftermarket AC charger but it still didn't work. The guy said let me check the charger first. The charger was bad. He found an used original replacement that they had and charged me $15.00. In less then a half hour, I walk out with a working laptop. I could not be happier with the service and the results. I would highly recommend Affordable Laptop Repair.

The screws holding my daughter's chromebook together kept falling out, and getting lost. Her IT person at school told her that I should go on Toshiba's website, and I'd be able to find the parts there. Much easier said than done! I was excited to find Affordable Laptop Repair only a few blocks from home. We brought her computer in this afternoon, and were all buttoned up within ten minutes! And, for a most reasonable price!
