I brought my MacBook in for service, and Andrew at the front desk was there to help offer suggestions and recommendations on whether to replace my battery, or simply buy new, since my current one was nearing the end of its life. Andrew was honest, professional and personable. I would recommend him for any of your computer/laptop needs!

This is my first experience with "911", I found them very helpful and quite knowledgeable. I have an older computer with the infamous hard drive failure. They were very fast, and quite good at communication on what was found with my machine. They were up front with cost and time needed for my repairs. I will return to 911 for my future computer repair needs.

Great place. Professional and friendly. Had problem with my PC blue-screening. These guys ended up figuring out it was a fault hard drive. When I took it home and the issue persisted, they took the PC back. I know they threw quite a few hours into tracking down an obscure problem with the drivers, and they didn't charge me for the second visit. Would come again.

I brought my computer in on 12/27 and had it back by 12/30 with repairs completed even though they had limited hours this week. Excellent communications and willingness to make things work for me. Would recommend them as the best place to go in GR for help and repairs on your MAC!

Had issue after an installed update in Windows 10 was conflicting with Mcafee update and Windows 10 would not boot up properly. I followed every single option available and it still would not work. I took the computer to Computer Rescue 911. I had to deposit around $70 for the service which later gets applied to the cost of the repair. They were able to determine that the hardware was fine and it just needed a software reinstall. They offered to download all of the data for me and reinstall Windows 10 (costs a little bit more) or to simply do a reinstall (you lose data but save $$). Luckily I already

I have a personal custom built PC from NZXT and it had suddenly started crashing in June. I put it off and put it off until finally I had the funds to get it repaired. Andrew took care of us and worked with us in a personal way to make sure we could get the computer fixed and still be able to eat dinner that week. So far my computer is good, no more crashes. He did a really good job and is very good with communication. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend Andrew.

I've been coming to Computer Rescue 911 5 or 6 years now and I'm consistently impressed with this place. I always come away more knowledgeable with each visit. Jason helped me get into a new computer, set it up, and transfer the data from my old computer over to my new one. I couldn't be happier with his service and professional approach. I have been a customer at Computer Rescue 911 for over 10 years. I have always had excellent service with my computer issues. Being an "older" customer, I can't say enough about the the help they have been. Recently my also "old" computer was acting up and Jason was a great help. I appreciate his patience and explanations as to what had happened. He worked with me to find a computer that would be exactly what I needed, not to mention figuring out a way to save and retrieve all the saved information on the "old" fried hard drive. This is the second time that I've used them to rescue my computer and they did an outstanding job! They explained everything in plain language and offered me a variety of solutions in a non condescending manner. They repaired and upgraded my machine for a reasonable price.
I dealt with Andrew, he was professional, polite, patient, and honest with me right from the start, he also finished the task very quickly, I highly recommend them!
