The owner was extremely rude and Was terrible at communicating decided to go above and beyond what I asked of him and decided to charge me money for for something he told me that was going to be free When I tried to explain to him that he said it was gonna be free he then decided to revert all of my stuff back to the way it was when I brought it in and told me to pick it up If I were you I would spend your money elsewhere and find someone who is actually a decent person

3 stars for friendliness and on time finishing, the process however despite all the reviews was not very fair, I only needed 2 henges replaced (basically the same thing as a door) i would've did it my self if I knew what parts it needed I was honestly just being lazy about it and didn't care to look it up, I wish I had looked it up my self after hearing the finishing price.

Our company's computer froze and it wouldn't boot up at all. We couldn't access any of our records or appointments. To say we were a bit panicked was an understatement. I took it to the big box store the computer was purchased from and received no help except to tell us to buy another computer.

My computer locked up & then gave me an error message that basically meant, “Ha! Good luck!” This was extremely worrying because it was my work computer (I am an independent designer). I called Express PC & AJ told me to bring the computer on over. After talking through the issue with AJ, he got straight to work. I received a call within a couple

My wife's laptop randomly stopped turning on so we found Express PC on Google and liked the reviews. We brought the laptop in, explained what had happened and AJ told us he would give us a call when it was done. The issue turned out to be a loose power cable from the factory that most shops would have breezed right past. They took the time to diagnose the problem and got us on our way very affordably. We are very happy with the service we received and will be back with our next computer problem.

Fast, professional service. Fully explained what likely caused the defect, the repairs that were needed and what to do to prevent them from occurring again. As for the repair cost, consider this... A woman has a leaky faucet so she calls a plumber to fix it. She gets the bill and it says "Washer - $50.00." She complains, "50 bucks for a washer?" Plumber re-writes the bill, "Washer - $0.25, Knowing how to replace it - $49.75"... :) I highly recommend them for any computer repairs. I found them here on YELP and was not disappointed. This place had to to be on the of the best computer repair place that I have been to. The customer service was really good. They were helpful with explaining everything and they seem to know what they are talking about. The prices are a bit high, but I assume that it is pretty high at other places as well. I advise to take your computer problems to this place.

The DC adapter on my computer broke, and since this computer is for my private practice and has very specialized software installed, I was sunk until it was fixed. I was very happy to find a computer repair service that is locally owned and not part of a big chain. You always get the best service with a locally owned business. I was right. Well, this is my first order of business since getting my computer back from Express PC. When my hard drive crashed a little over a week ago, i turned to Yelp in a panic and found this place. It was nearby, and i could tell by the other in depth positive reviews that this was where I should go.

My husband and I just moved to GR, and this is definitely our new computer place! I tried them based on the other review, and was completely thrilled with them. We're usually pretty computer savvy, and can generally deal with computer issues on our own, but I'd somehow picked up a really nasty rogue virus on my laptop that we couldn't get any virus protection to find and disable. My PC died and I found these guys. They offer free diagnostic and basic repairs for $65 and up for most makes (including Macs).
I took my Dell PC in at 1pm last Wednesday and they called me back at 4pm telling me it was finished! I can't believe it! For the $65, they diagnosed my problem, put in a new power supply, and cleaned it up.
When I went to pick up the computer, I told the owner that the computer was also running slowly. He spent 30 minutes showing me how to speed up the computer and download the appropriate free software that would do the job. He even wrote down the procedure
