First time coming to this salon after my aunt and mother went to Vicky for haircuts and highly recommended her. Vicky was great! I went to her for a haircut and blow out. She listened to what I wanted for my hair and did an excellent job. Everyone there was nice and friendly. Salon had a nice ambiance, will definitely be coming back.

I have to share the most incredibly caring visit I experienced today. I accompanied my 85 year old aunt who has dementia to have her hair done and the team at Marcucc could NOT have been more caring, accommodating, reassuring and patient. From booking the appointment, (it took several attempts to get her actually to go in) To allowing me to accompany her to each station, to patiently waiting for her to feel comfortable enough to lean her head back to be washed, to the gentle shampoo and head massage that allowed her to relax, to the final product. My aunt looked in the mirror and smiled!!!! I look

I waited a year to write this review, trying not to spread badness around, while I decided if I wanted to share this. It's been bugging me ever since. My very elderly mother started going here through the recommendation of a friend. She prefers to be a brunette, but one visit, she came out with harsh looking black hair. 1st time ever in her long life and she was very unhappy. After a week of trying to live with it, my mother went back to have it fixed, with the acknowledgment that the stylist had made a mistake. The owner had the AUDACITY to charge my mother $176.00 for fixing this mistake

I have been coming to Marcucc since my first haircut and I wouldn't think about going to another salon. Everyone at Marcucc hopes to make you look and feel beautiful! After years of growing my hair out very long my hair became unmanageable. Even though I never use damaging heat devices on my hair except occasionally blow drying it, I still found myself needing to use a lot of deep repair masks and conditioning products to try and keep it soft and tangle free. Today on a whim I decided to get my hair cut.

Marcucc Salon in Malverne is a great salon. The owner and the staff are friendly, courteous and professional. The salon is clean, updated and welcoming. Today, I got a wash and style from Vicki. She asked what I wanted and delivered. I left very happy. Finally, I love that there are always great promotions to take advantage of...product discounts, gift certificate discounts, buy x get x free promotions. Definitely check it out!

Marcucc has been my salon for over 15 years- MaryAnn has been not only my stylist, but friend, for all this time. ALL the girls there are like family! They even helped me stage the surprise for my daughter's wedding shower, letting all the ladies crash the shop while Heather did her hair! My hair has been all lengths and colors, and MaryAnn and Vicki have been amazing in making me look and feel terrific- making suggestions to help mask my greys! I haven't told them yet, I'm moving... won't be seeing them as often, and the thought of finding someone else to do my hair is giving

Update: So I believe everyone is entitled to their opinion whether it be good or bad. Once I posted my review, I was then harassed by Heather (shame on you) and then by Maryanne (the owner wow - Stephen would be ashamed) on social media and on my cell phone. All I asked was to have my daughter's money refunded and she would gladly go to someone else to fix after they banned her from the Salon... Wow banning a 19 year old. Shaking my head with unbelief at your Salon. Shame, shame, shame on you. I guess they took their attitude and frustration out on a 19 year old. But they refused.

I have been going to Marcucc for 30+ years and cant say enough about how great it is. Everyone is and always has been wonderful and professional. Every time I walk through the door I feel welcomed! Ive gone through every type of style thru the years from perms to highlights, short hair, long hair, you name it, they have done it and done it beautifully! Margaret is not only someone who cuts my hair but someone I consider a friend. Steven certainly picked the right buyer when he chose Maryanne. Shes a doll!!

I go to Danielle to get my hair colored, cut and blown out and she does such a great job. She always takes my ideas and then makes them even better because she really knows what she's doing. She's also really good at maintaining my curly hair which is where a lot of hairdressers at other salons falter. All the girls there are always nice when I come in. They offer me coffee when I get there and tell me how great my hair looks when I leave. The last time I was there, I was the last customer for the day and they didn't judge me for being the last customer like other salons do just

They do great hair but they have bad customer service skills and they are not professional at times . My mom called to make an appointment for me for a blow out day before Thanksgiving and she didn't mention I have long hair or thick hair though I've been going to the same place since I was a kid I'm 27 now the girl at the counter didn't schedule the appointments right I came in 10:30 and left a little after 11 they booked another girl around the same time as me tho they blame me for it because I didn't mention I have long hair and need time to wash my hair.
