In 1972, James Bilello moved his family from NYC to Rockville Centre and opened and founded Leonardo's Hair Design. Our salon has been a staple in the community for almost 50 years, lending our time and skills to charity events, and always keeping up with the latest trends and styles while maintaining our professional and friendly attitude.

Annemarie is phenomenal!! She listens and understands. My hair is a stylist nightmare but she always demonstrates great skills and perfection. Not a problem at all for her.

Well if James is still the owner he owes me a trip to New York we had a bet I worked for James and Enrica many many years ago 33 to be exact as a shampoo girl and after 4 years I moved with my family to Puerto Rico my name is Diana I worked with Fran, Bonnie, Richard, Ginny and the receptionist was Leslie we were a big family great time working there. The bet was that if Leonardo’s was still in business 20 years from that time he would fly me back to New York for a visit. I was looking today and thinking of Leonardo’s and my heart just dropped with joy to see the business is still up and running
