The Staff if friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Both Doctors are amazing and they complement one another well. I love, love their new place.

This will be my first visit to Vision Source. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The technician resourceful of all the up to date technology. I saw Dr. Haidar, who is also a fantastic doctor! She made sure to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. Great experience from beginning to end.

The doctors great but staff need a little work. I’ve been there 5 times in a month between seeing the doctor twice and the other three trying to get my glasses fixed right. Hopefully after seeing the doctor on the 5 visit I’ll get them back and they will be right. Don’t get progressive lenses and they don’t work for you because you loses your money. When I say lose it’s because there’s no refund on progressive lenses.

My first visit went good, I arrived 15 minutes early and still had to wait 25 more minutes to get seen by doctor. They did apologize for the wait and everyone was friendly. The doctor was also friendly and answered all my questions. I was surprised at all the equipment they had to do a thorough examination. I assumed they would call in my eye drop prescription to my pharmacy, because I didn’t get the prescription by hand, they called to let me know they forgot to give it to me. But they hopefully will get it to them. Although I had to wait, the place was clean and friendly, will recommend.

I called for an emergency appointment about 9:30am , they graciously squeezed me in and scheduled me for 10:30am. I arrived early and they took me in right away. They were very consist, polite, and accommodating from the time I entered with the receptionist, nurse, technician and Dr. Kalani. He was very knowledgeable about my case and the prescription appears to be working within hours. This is only my 2nd visit with the 1st being routine. I do not have long time history but they know how to really make a patient feel calm concerning a serious matter. There is stress involved when you know something
