Home Loans Report

This is the "average" home loan chosen by borrowers with decent credit who have never served in the military (ex-military people would want to explore VA loans first). The upper limit for 2018 in El Paso County is $453,100 (other counties may be higher). At 80% loan to value (LTV) or less, there is no "mortgage insurance" You can take "cash out" to 80% LTV.

FHA And VA Report

We originally bought our in 2016. Probably the best thing we have done since starting our family 25 years ago.
Going through the loan process back then was a pain. Don’t get me wrong, everyone was great during that process but it was a pain nonetheless.
I’ve been listening to Mike’s adds for Vision Home Loans for years. I always enjoy the banter. These folks are amazing. I used them for a re-fi and, while that can be a busy process, Mike kept everything low-key, relaxed and efficient. We worked with Mike recently on a home refinance. Mike was very friendly from the start, told me to shop around, and insisted that he would be able to get me the best numbers. We shopped around a bit and came back to Mike and he did everything he said he would. We closed in only about two weeks from the time we started, and Mike's communication the whole time was stellar. After the deal was closed, I called Mike to ask him a question about land loans, and he sent me references that could help me out. I'd recommend Vision to anyone looking for a great mortgage experience.

Mike was fantastic to work with. We were moving from out of state for a new employment opportunity and Mike was able to work out all of the details with out any issues at all.
